They introduced their first flagship outlet at Loudon Street- the centre is a 4140 sq ft ground floor space located in the historical Loudon Mansion, an early example of a European house in Kolkata. The Firm, Spaces and Design and Principal Architect unfolded some unique design elements- they blended the design with Contemporary style while adding some hint of architectural heritage, which gave it a touch of Indianness to the project, making it the focal point of Loudan Street, Kolkata.

Luvanto Country Oak:
A beauty with functionality, grown in the Northern Hemisphere, Oak is derived from the rings of oak trees gaining its unique pattern. Country Oak has a brownish-yellow color, giving it a warm tone for flooring.
